Germination

Place seeds sandwiched between sheets of moist paper towel in a bag or food container in the fridge for 36 hours. Mix equal parts of potting soil, sand, vermiculite, and peat moss. Press seeds down into the media. Spread some long-fibered sphagnum moss on top of the potting media. Mist with a spray bottle. Cover the seed tray with clear plastic, and poke small holes in the plastic, maintaining a 64-75F. Uncover and mist as needed to keep the media moist. Place under a bright indirect light until germination.
